"Culture is the single most important distinguishing factor between greatness and mediocrity. It is a major reason PMco is different from our competitors and other companies. It is our ultimate competitive advantage."

Jack Loneragan
Founder & Managing Director - PMco

History

When Jack Loneragan began the family business, a key to PMco's success has been a culture that encourages meaningful, respectful relationships between the company and our employee-partners and the commitment to always do what's right.

Jack loathed how schools, clubs and companies were being 'fleeced' by suppliers and distributors wanting to make a fast buck so he and his team made the trip over to China & Pakistan and sourced and built factories that would produce high quality products & merchandise, using the best materials, fabrics and construction procedures at a cost that would allow PMco to be extremely competitive for both their clients and their customers.

This spirit of teamwork, camaraderie and trust has become our most important competitive advantage and is a cornerstone of the PMco culture. We earn the genuine trust of our employees, customers and manufacturers because we're responsible stewards of the truth and hard work.

This simple philosophy of "doing what's right, not just what's expedient" fuels the sustainable spirit that has defined us for years.

Capability

PMco have been trusted to make uniforms for Surf Lifesaving Queensland, V8 Supercar Race Teams, football teams, schools and a host of construction and mining companies. All of these companies require garments and apparel that meet specific Australian standards of safety, construction, and premium material, below market cost, communication and delivery.

PMco meet all standards and have always met the delivery timeframes of our clients.

PMco's experience comes from dealing with multinational clients in many diverse industries all requiring uniforms that range from the standard to the unique.

PMco has access to all the levels of factories in manufacturing so we have the mills, the dyeing factories, right through to the construction and manufacturing (One Stop Shop) of products and merchandise.

Innovation

Innovation is at the core of PMco's vision. With factories in place to dye and mill fabric, we strive to be constantly up to date with today's technologies and trends.

Having popular brand sports labelscheap right through to the pilots and crew who operate the Westpac Rescue Lifesaving Helicopters, PMco need to constantly develop fabrics and materials that are better than last season and last year.

The pilots need fire retardant uniforms that are lightweight yet serve the purpose of sturdy construction and the big sport brands need to develop fabric that is colour fast, very breathable and a host of other confidential qualities all of which are entrusted to our factories to develop.
